No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The giveaway opens at 10 a.m. on December 5, 2025, and closes at 11:59 p.m. CST on December 29, 2025. To enter, participants must follow @30aescapes and @hey30a on Instagram, submit a valid email address, agree to receive the 30A newsletter, and consent to their email being shared with 30A Escapes.
All winners will be announced on December 30, 2025. Prizes include: a) one grand prize (a three-night stay at The Odessa, a luxury Gulf-front home in Seagrove Beach); b) one second prize (a $500 30A gift basket. Please note, if the winner is not located on 30A, the prize may be redeemed as a $500 30A Gear gift card via 30Agear.com; and c) two third prizes (each winner will receive a $100 30A Gear gift card).
Anyone can enter, but the grand prize winner must be 25 or older to redeem the beach stay, per 30A Escapes’ booking policy.
The stay at The Odessa is valid from the end of the giveaway through March 6, 2026, subject to availability, blackout dates, occupancy limits, and property rules as determined by 30A Escapes. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via email. All winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. If a response is not received within that timeframe, a new winner may be selected. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
Open to legal residents of the United States only, where permitted by law. Employees of The 30A Company, 30A Escapes, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
