In June, the Destin and Miramar Beach real estate markets saw a slight decline in activity, with 117 homes and condos sold and 63 new contracts signed. Okaloosa Island had 9 property sales, encompassing single-family homes and condos, and 14 new contracts. Navarre Beach reported 5 property sales and 2 new contracts. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida achieved over $77 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during the month.
The highest-priced single-family home sold in Destin was a five-bedroom home in Regatta Bay, which closed at $2.817 million. The highest-priced condo sale was a gulf-front, three-bedroom residence at Regency Towers, selling for $1.8 million.
In Miramar Beach, the highest-priced home sold was an eleven-bedroom residence in A Stone’s Throw, which closed at $4.4 million. The highest-priced condo sale was a bay-view, three-bedroom unit in Anchorage within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, selling for $1.95 million. The highest-priced home sold on Okaloosa Island in May was a three-bedroom residence, closing at $700,000. The highest-priced condo sale was a gulf-front, two-bedroom unit in Waterscape, which sold for $740,000.
In Navarre Beach, the highest priced single-family home to sell was a sound view, two-bedroom residence for $775,000 while the highest price condo to sell was a gulf front, three-bedroom at Summerwind West for $840,000.
