The South Walton Tourist Development Council (TDC) announced that Jim Bagby will serve as its new Executive Director. In his new role, Bagby will be responsible for managing all departments of our TDC including marketing, communications, sales, administration and beach maintenance.
“I’m very excited about my new role with Walton County,” said Bagby. “The TDC has a very talented team and I look forward to working with them to engage the community.”
Bagby’s prior experience includes 24 years in the United States Army with a variety of operational and staff assignments throughout the world. For the last decade, Bagby has served as Town Manager of Rosemary Beach, responsible for all facets of community operations including budgeting, personnel, security, events and property owner services.
