Bob Marley & The Wailers’ legendary guitarist — Jamaican-born singer/songwriter Junior Marvin — will perform live on the Green at Gulf Place on Saturday, July 5th.
Tickets are $20 (advance booking) and $35 (at-the-door).
The gates will open at Gulf Place on July 5th at 3:30pm and the show will start at 5:00pm.
Boukou Groove will open the show. Boukou Groove’s Donnie Sundal first met Junior in 1998. Sundal and Derwin Perkins of Boukou Groove will also join Junior Marvin and his full 7-piece band, Force One, onstage during the show.
Marvin started his career with the band Hanson in 1973. He’s also been associated with musical icons such as Gass, Keef Hartley Band, Toots & The Maytals and Steve Winwood.
