Perla Baking Co. was born with the idea of bringing life back to small main street America towns that once flourished with strong historical roots.

We believe the values held by these communities are powerful and serve as examples for society to remember and to preserve.

Perla Baking Co. is meant to provide a stage for the community to gather, celebrate, and learn while offering the best of products from the local lands to the surrounding local communities.

The name “Perla” joins the words “Perfect” and “Lake” inspired by the beautiful and historic Lake Defuniak.
