Natasha and Mel are the owners and operators of Renaissance.

The engaged couple are both from Paris, France.

When coming to Renaissance, you will meet them as Natasha manages the restaurant and Mel is the executive Chef & Sommelier, they take pride in running the business themselves, without the “corporate, big business, big volume spirit that you encounter everywhere”.

We do not have a host, we do not have a big team.

When you call us, it is most likely us that will answer the phone, your dishes will be curated by Chef Mel, and your impeccable service will come from Natasha!
