Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any direct or consequential damages. The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home. Guests shall be issued with parking permits/hangtags, which must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in on-street spaces within Rosemary Beach. Permits/hangtags are not required for vehicles parked on the home's driveway. Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily. Your stay will include RFID amenity passes, which provide access to Rosemary Beach's various community amenities. These passes must remain with the home. Any lost passes will result in a $50 replacement fee per lost pass. Trash must be bagged and placed inside roller trash cans with the lid fully closed. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time. Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so. The carriage house is not included with the renting of this home.
