NatureWalk at Seagrove is a 155-acre, master-planned community surrounded by Point Washington State Forest, and located along Scenic Highway 30A corridor. Nestled within this quiet natural sanctuary, NatureWalk is just a short bike ride away from the stunning Emerald Coast beaches as well as the neighboring communities of Seaside, Seagrove and WaterColor. For excellent shopping, dining, fitness options and more, WaterColor Crossings is just steps away.
Community designers say that NatureWalk’s home designs are influenced by the pristine natural surroundings and by a historic architectural style.
In addition to the nearby beach and NatureWalk’s tranquil nature trails, there’s also a family-oriented recreational center at the heart of the community called The Gathering Place.
Residents can enjoy an early morning dip in the swimming pool that features a beach entry design or they can head over to the lap pool for some more serious exercise.
Currently there are numerous home designs planned at NatureWalk at Seagrove with pricing starting from $500.
