NEAT, a curated bottle shop and tasting room, is now open in Alys Beach.
NEAT offers two distinct experiences under one roof.
The bottle shop is stocked with artisan beverages and bar tools to easily augment guests’ at-home bar. The adjoining tasting room showcases a selection of beverages to enhance the shopping experience and educate guests on rare products.
“We look forward to introducing small-batch producers, locally crafted items, and refined and interesting bar wares to our guests,” said Alys Beach Food and Beverage Director Michael Cappitelli.
“Our passionate and educated team of industry professionals will inspire guests to explore the vast world of top-rated wine varietals, artisan spirits, craft beers and craft cocktails.”
The knowledgeable staff, led by Cappitelli and Beverage Director Christine Tarpey, will help guests make the perfect selection, whether they’re looking for an old favorite or want to try something new.
An assortment of high-quality spirits, wines, beers, bar tools, mixers, glassware, and books will be available for purchase, allowing guests to easily mix craft cocktails at home.
Expect fine beverages and goods from purveyors such as Heitz Cellar, Sea Smoke Vineyard, Jordan Vineyard & Winery, Founders Brewing Company, Old Medley Bourbon, Fords Gin, and Art in the Age Spirits, Bittermilk, Bittermans, Hella Bitters, David Rasmussen Designs, Viski, Twine, Acme, Sempli, and Zestt.

The tasting room, connected to the bottle shop, offers guests a unique environment to discover new favorites, whether tasting select bottles or enjoying hand-crafted beverages that complement offerings in the bottle shop through a selection of draft beers, wines by the glass, and rotating speciality cocktails.
For those wishing to take their experience beyond sipping, the tasting room will host regular events featuring a variety of wineries, breweries, and distilleries.
