Proffitt PR announced that their 7th Girls’ Night Out will be held on Thursday, September 26th, at Elephant Walk.
Girls’ Night Out (GNO) is one of the Emerald Coast’s largest women-only social events designed to provide an outing for talented female professionals in the area to come together to benefit a local charity. For a $40 donation, ladies of all ages and professions are invited to enjoy live entertainment by Continuum, Jacob Mohr and DJ EXQ, a silent auction, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and specialty cocktails by Ketel One Vodka and the Honey Hutch. Over the top décor will be provided by RSVP Events and Showtime Events, exotic face art by Abrakadoodle, a fire breathing juggler, photo booth by Facetime Photobooth, palm readings, giveaways, retail vendors and more.
This fall’s GNO will feature an “Arabian nights” theme, perfectly suited for the earthy and exotic ambience of Elephant Walk. Attire for the evening is Boho chic.
30A Street Style of Outright Social along with Pure 7 Films will be working the red carpet upon arrival so dress to impress!
Since its inception in December 2011, Proffitt PR’s GNO has raised over $30,000 for local, regional, national and international charities with proceeds benefiting a different organization each time. For its seventh GNO event, Proffitt PR will donate funds to The Shelter House Domestic Violence Center of Destin to help fund the anti-domestic violence programs that Shelter House implements throughout the area. Other GNO efforts include raising $10,031 in May for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast, $12,399 for Food For Thought last December, $4,682 last September for a restricted breast cancer fund for women in need and $4,483 in April, 2012 for the international charity Planting Peace, which dewormed and saved 298,866 children around the world. Planting Peace was founded by Destin native and CNN Hero, Aaron Jackson.
Tickets will once again sell out fast for this event that is limited to 400 women. For more details about the event, visit Proffitt PR’s Facebook page and the Girls’ Night Out Facebook page to get sneak peeks.
