KEISHA SPRENKLE
Volunteer Coordinator for The Sonder Project/PTO Vice President
In our newest series, we ask some of our locals five questions about how they spend their time as a beach local. Watch for a new installment every Friday on 30A.com. Here’s what Keisha had to say…
1. What makes living at the beach so special?
We live in paradise! People come here from all over to explore our pristine beaches. Every time I drive by the beach or the dune lakes, I am reminded how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful place. It makes me feel like I’m on vacation everyday.
2. Three favorite local spots?
ThiBod Fitness in Santa Rosa Beach for the best Zumba class ever! Seaside for the food, shopping and relaxing atmosphere. Black Bear Bread Co. for a great place to catch up with good friends over coffee.
3. Best place for a night out?
The Bay for live music and bonfires on the beach.
4. Most delicious menu item?
Grimaldi’s pesto pizza! Yum! It’s in Miramar Beach and is SO good.
5. What do you do in your free time?
I spend most of my free time volunteering with The Sonder Project and at my kids’ schools, Van R. Butler Elementary and Seaside Neighborhood School.
