The 30A area overall recorded 259 sales (down 28% from 362 sales for the same period in 2022) sales with 97% of properties selling at the listed price. Rosemary Beach registered eight sales in Q2 (As opposed to three sales in Q1 of 2023) with the average price per square foot going up 7% ($1665 in 2023 vs $1558 in 2022). The coveted Alys Beach neighborhood saw a 9% decline in average sold price ($5,970,568 in 2023 vs $6,548,380 in 2022).

Watersound Origins saw an 18% increase in houses sold – 39 in Q2 of 2023 vs 22 in Q2 of 2022. The average sold price also went up 5% to $1,192,361.
