The coveted Alys Beach neighborhood saw a 57% jump in the number of sales with 11 houses sold in 2023 Q3 compared to 7 homes in 2022 Q3.
10 properties were sold in WaterSound Beach, making a 150% increase compared to 2022. Similarly, Seaside saw 5 property sales with a whopping 97% increase in average price SF at $3079 compared to $1559 in Q3 2022.
