However, that’s not the case with their new issue.

Why?

Because this gorgeous Gulf-front estate in Old Florida Beach (seen here across the glassy surface of Draper Lake at sunset) was placed under contract and sold at full price while the magazine was being printed–before it ever hit the open market!
