South Walton Beaches: November Sales in Review

Sales fell during November in the 30A Beaches real estate market with 72 homes and condominiums closed and 53 new contracts. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in transactions during November closing over $41 million in volume with 22 transaction sides.

The brokerage had over $52 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during the month. Read on for more monthly sales info!

A gulf-front, five-bedroom home in Dune Allen Beach was the highest-priced single-family home to sell at $7 million. A gulf-view, seven-bedroom condo in the Providences at Rosemary Beach was the highest-priced condominium to sell at $8.5 million.
