The Private Residence Club at Rosemary Beach provides owners with multiple amenities. The Private Residence Club at Rosemary Beach is celebrating its tenth anniversary on July 9.
This club, described as a resort within the resort of Rosemary Beach, includes 16 fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath residences. As an owner, you are granted 7 weeks at the Private Residence Club: two weeks during the spring, summer and fall seasons and one week in the winter. Bonus weeks are offered on a space-available basis.
Owners enjoy exclusive use of the club’s rooftop heated pool and natural gas grills, owner’s lounge, theater room and underground parking. In addition, owners are granted complete use of the amenities offered by Rosemary Beach.
The residence club is professionally managed and maintained, eliminating the hassle of maintenance, utilities, insurance and more for the owners. Owners will never have to lift a paintbrush or supervise maintenance projects, which allows them to spend their time enjoying all South Walton has to offer.
