SunQuest Cruises is hosting its annual Valentine’s Day Dinner & Dancing Cruise on the SOLARIS yacht this Valentine’s Day weekend, Friday, February 14th and Saturday, February 15th from 7 to 10 p.m.
Guests will embark on a romantic evening that includes a three-hour cruise, three-course seated dinner, live entertainment and premium champagne packages.
“If you’re spending Valentine’s Day on 30A, you want to enjoy a romantic dinner overlooking the area’s natural beauty,” said James Murray, General Manager for SunQuest Cruises. “We take waterfront dining and romance to the next level.”
After being greeted by Captain Rick, guests can start the evening with a cocktail from the full-service bar. As everyone explores all three indoor and outdoor decks, the SOLARIS chefs are freshly preparing coastal cuisines on-board the yacht’s galley.
The three-course menu will begin with a Mixed Greens and Arugula Salad topped with candied pecans, fresh raspberries and goat cheese. Entrée choices include a center-cut Filet Mignon with Sauce Bearnaise, fresh Gulf Grouper with Lemon Butter Beurre Blanc sauce, fresh herb, cheese-stuffed Boneless Breast of Chicken with Volute Sauce or Spinach and Cheese-Stuffed Pasta. The culinary experience concludes with a Chef’s Dessert Plate specially prepared for couples with Grand Marnier Mousse, Truffles, Cheesecake and chocolate-dipped Strawberries.
The celebration continues with live music that can be heard from all three indoor and outdoor decks. Couples can dance under the stars on the yacht’s sky deck or enjoy the live music from inside the elegant dining spaces.
The SOLARIS Valentine’s Dinner Cruise is $160 per couple, including a three hour cruise, three-course meal and live entertainment.
TIP: For the best value, guests can choose the Sweetheart Package for $225 per couple, which includes the above plus an appetizer of choice and a bottle of Iron Horse “Wedding Cuvee” champagne (a $257 value).
The SOLARIS is docked within the all-inclusive Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, which offers a variety of accommodations on-property for anyone seeking a worry-free night.
