The ground floor welcomes you to a tranquil beachside haven with a 12×17 private outdoor pool for your exclusive enjoyment. Visualize the convenience of a refreshing dip just off the beach or lazing the afternoon away on the full-size poolside bed swing. A handy kitchenette on this floor ensures snacks and cool beverages are always within reach without having to stray far from your outdoor paradise. An additional perk is the ground-floor garage transformed into a game room, boasting arcade-style basketball, a foosball table, and a full-size pool table.
Ascending to the first floor, you’re welcomed by the central living area, dining room, and kitchen, all leading out to a furnished balcony boasting unobstructed views of the vibrant emerald coastline. The challenge will be choosing between indoor and alfresco dining! This level also hosts the first set of en-suite bedrooms fitted with king beds, along with the first laundry facilities.
