Bring the whole family out from 6 to 8 p.m. for a kids costume contest, BBQ on the beach, kids games, live music and tons of fun prizes and candy. Then, starting at 8 p.m., the adults should come out to play, as things could get a little scary. Vintage surf rock band — THE RIPS — will perform until 10 p.m.
The Bay will host a costume contest for adults with $1,000 in cash and prizes, including a first-place prize of $500!
