Support Local Charities: Sponsor 30A 10K!
As South Walton gears up for its annual Thanksgiving Day tradition, the 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Races is seeking sponsors to join in supporting this beloved community event dedicated to giving back. Scheduled for Thursday, November 28, 2024, the race attracts thousands of participants of all ages and fitness levels, offering a festive way to start the holiday season and raise funds for its 2024 non-profit charity partners: It Takes the Town, The Neurodiversity Resource of Northwest Florida, Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, and Point Washington Medical Clinic.
Established in 2012, 30A10K has become a cornerstone event in our community, uniting families, athletes, and volunteers in the spirit of gratitude and goodwill. Participants will traverse a scenic course along Highway 30A offering views of South Walton and providing sponsors with high visibility among a diverse audience.
As a non-profit 501c3, the 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Races have donated $768,000 to local charities in the past 12 years.
To date, over 25,000 runners have participated in the race and thousands of volunteers have donated countless hours to make this Thanksgiving Day charity race successful. The purpose of the 30A 10K is to promote a healthy lifestyle through sports, especially running, and support community charitable causes.
Sponsorship of the 30A 10K not only aligns your business with a charitable cause but also offers significant marketing benefits, including prominent logo placement on race materials, recognition in press releases and social media campaigns, and the opportunity to showcase your commitment to community involvement.
“We are excited to invite local businesses and organizations to partner with us for this year’s race,” said Melanie Cain, Race Director. “With help from our sponsors, we hope to surpass last year’s proceeds and exponentially increase our donation to our local charity partners. Your support will make a direct impact and together we can make this Thanksgiving unforgettable for our participants and our community.”
The 30A 10K team would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to their current sponsors—30A.com, South Walton TDC, and the Rosemary Property Owners Association—for their generous support.
