30A Radio sat down to chat with Brad Zeitlin, developer of The Hub, which just opened on the east end of 30A near Watersound and Alys Beach.
We get the lowdown on the expansive new venue, which includes restaurants, retail shops, a big concert stage with a 25-foot LED Jumbotron, a green area, a screened-in porch with public wifi and a fireplace, and a 3,000-square-foot arcade coming soon.
“What drove us was we realized all the homes down here on this end of 30A, during the season it’s hard to get past that Tom Thumb because traffic backs up. We thought if we built a beautiful town center where people could just hang out, that would be great,” Zeitlin said.
