30A Radio recently caught up with Jenifer Kuntz, owner of Raw & Juicy Organic Juice Bar and Cafe and one of the founding entrepreneurs along Seaside’s iconic Airstream Row. Seven years since she opened her famous food truck, Jenifer has become a leader in the healthy living and farm-to-table movement — not only here on 30A, but across the country.
Now, Jenifer is expanding her passion for healthier lifestyles to a new brick-and-mortar shop just across the street. Her new Raw + Juicy Life store is located next to Bud and Alley’s, while the juice bar will continue slinging fresh fixings on Airstream Row.
In this special 30A Radio interview, Jenifer chats about growing up in the wilderness of Alaska, hitchhiking solo across Wyoming, her training as a classical dancer, and dabbling with capoeira (a Brazilian martial art). She also shares how she arrived here 11 years ago to a quiet, less-developed 30A — and how she ultimately decided to stay and help create the ideal community in which she wants to live.
