The 30A® Company has acquired the nationally distributed travel publication, Beaches, Resorts & Parks magazine. The magazine is being rebranded and will launch this summer under its new title, Beach Happy®.
“Now more than ever, people need a voice of hope and optimism,” said Mike Ragsdale, Founder and CEO of The 30A Company.
“Every issue of 30A’s Beach Happy magazine will feature fun and inspiring stories about the beach, including colorful personalities, coastal preservation, beach fashion and style, music, activities, beach homes, coastal cuisine, health and fitness tips, and plenty of gorgeous beaches to explore,” said Ragsdale.
Beach Happy magazine will be sold at over 2,000 newsstands across the country, including every Books-A-Million and Barnes & Noble – the country’s two largest booksellers – as well as, high-volume grocery chains, including Publix, Kroger, HEB, Ingles, Harris Teeter, and more. 30A will provide free print copies of Beach Happy magazine in select high-traffic businesses along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Digital copies will also be distributed to 30A’s 1.5 million social media fans, its tens of thousands of 30A mobile app users, and to 30A’s 250,000 newsletter subscribers.
