Tickets are now available for the eighth annual 30A Wine Festival, underwritten by The Alys Foundation, on Wednesday, February 20, through Sunday, February 24, 2019.
Located on Scenic Highway 30A in Northwest Florida’s South Walton County, Alys Beach will welcome renowned distillers, vintners and culinary favorites for a five-day celebration benefiting Children’s Volunteer Health Network.
Weekend passes are available for $450 through the end of the year, increasing to $500 until sold out. Day passes and individual ticket prices vary.
Thursday will feature Oysters & Champagne, a VIP party presented by Garden & Gun on the Central Park lawn where attendees can discover the best sparkling wine pairings for four oyster varieties from around the South.
Mixology Seminar: The hands-on mixology seminar will take you through the creation of three perfect craft cocktails that are sure to impress even the most avid cocktail connoisseurs.
Enjoy a night of bourbon, beer, and barbecue with tastings from distilleries across the country, local and national breweries, paired with savory barbecue creations showcasing top culinary talents and The Travelin’ McCourys to keep the party rockin’ all night.
Seminars: Swirl, sip, learn, repeat. Master your wine knowledge with help from the country’s best vintners while enjoying tastings, small bites, and stories de farce.
At the Grand Tasting, guests will gather along South Charles Street and sip on more than 80 wines from across the globe, and Rosé & Croquet on Sunday features rosé tastings, brunch, and the beloved croquet tournament (croquet whites encouraged).
The highlight of the festival returns with the sixth Annual Croquet Tournament. Don your croquet whites and gather your best players for a boozy brunch prior to the match, complete with elegant rosés. The price is included in the weekend pass. Participants must have a team of four to register. All players must have a weekend passes. 16 slots are available for the tournament.
