The 30A Company took home one of the top awards at the 2017 Local Visionary Awards held last week in Los Angeles.

Hosted by StreetFight Magazine, 30A was announced as the winner of the Most Innovative Local Business Strategy.

30A was chosen by an independent panel of judges in the digital and tech fields and took top honors among some well known and respected competition, including Waze and SproutCloud. Our own Megan Lyons was on hand to accept the prize on behalf of the entire 30A team.

“It’s a very challenging time for hyperlocal brands, so we’re excited to be able to prove that ‘good news’ can truly thrive as a successful business model,” said 30A Founder Mike Ragsdale. “We appreciate Street Fight sharing our story with other entrepreneurs.”

According to the award website, these annual awards celebrate “brilliant and intrepid individuals and organizations who are moving the local marketing technology industry forward with creativity, ingenuity and success.”
