The satire website, 30aScene.com, announced they have chosen a cast for their upcoming television show to be co-produced with production company 30aTV. All cast members are local to South Walton, and while they have some experience in acting and the performing arts, most are newcomers to television.
“We hope the fact that they’re newbies will add to their audience appeal and provide some comedy relief,” said co-producer and show host Wes Herndon. “The more bloopers they make, the fewer jokes we have to write.”
Teance Blackburn – Long-time, local character actress Teance Blackburn has appeared in many Seaside Repertory Theater’s productions—most notably as “Louise” in Always, Patsy Cline. She has also worked with the improv troupes “SPF7” and “The Flaws.”
Susan Alley — Susan attributes her creativity and ability to working in customer service industries, being a prior business owner and becoming a parent.
Carley Hubbard — Carley has a degree in theatre from Auburn and has experience on movie sets and television shows.
Heather Laveaux – Heather is skilled at improvisation, singing, and has done some acting in local theaters.
Cass Stevens — Cass has a degree in film from Florida State University and grew up in South Walton.
