Old Florida Fish House is celebrating its new partnership with Nagasaki Japan Tuna Fishery, becoming the first restaurant on 30A to import a whole Bluefin tuna from Japan.

This special event will feature a traditional Japanese tuna-cutting demonstration, showcasing the authentic method used to break down an entire fish.

This marks our second tuna-cutting show at the Fish House.

The first, held in 2023 with a whole Spanish tuna, was a tremendous success. Now, we’re excited to welcome our Fish House friends back for another unforgettable experience—completely free to the public.

Tuna Tasting Experience ~ 5:30 – 6:30 PM

The VIP experience includes a welcome cocktail and a curated tasting menu created by Chef DJ McCracken and Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada, featuring a variety of dishes prepared from the imported Japanese Bluefin tuna.

We will also have a selection of specialty Japanese cocktails and sake tasting prepared by Fish House’s Beverage Director, Slayde Martin.
