Drawing on two decades in practice, Dustin will unpack three levels of “letting go”. Outdated business practices and rituals that no longer serve you, people and relationships that drain you rather than fuel you, and most powerfully, the negative self-talk and limiting beliefs that keep you stuck long before circumstances ever do. Through live demonstrations, attendees will see firsthand how belief shapes outcome, and why sometimes you have to release something good to make room for something great. Attendees will leave with a clear, practical exercise: identify the top 3 things they are holding onto that are no longer serving them, and a simple framework for letting go of each.
