In 2023, 920 properties were sold in the 30A area totaling $2,145,311,527 worth of transactions. Although the sales volume is down by 26% compared to the previous year, the average price sold went up by 1%. Furthermore, the average sold price per square foot also went up by 4% ($798 in 2023 compared to $766 in 2022).
Among the local beach communities, Watersound Beach and Rosemary Beach witnessed a 19% and 12% increase in average sold price per square feet over 2022.
Single-family homes in WaterSound Origins saw a 14% uptick in total sales with 169 homes and a 27% increase in total volumes sold in 2023.
