Description

Two veteran tuna-cutting masters from Spain will entertain fortunate attendees with El Ronqueo, the traditional ceremony from Spain where a large tuna is both celebrated and prepared for its final journey to the kitchen. El Ronqueo, is derived from the Spanish word for the sound of snoring due to the sound the knife makes when it moves against the spine of the fish. Later in the evening there will be a Spanish themed dinner featuring parts of the bluefin tuna from El Ronqueo.

General Admission/VIP There is no charge for general admission. To ensure a seat, please register for free below. Attendees wishing to enjoy guaranteed seating in the front, as well as additional tasting of tuna, sake, and wine may purchase VIP tickets for $20 below.

Spanish Themed Tuna Cutting Celebration Dinner Limited seats are available for a dinner and celebration later that evening with tuna-cutting masters Rodriquez and Kukita. The dinner will feature specially prepared dishes from the bluefin tuna, as well as various Spanish wines. Dinner and wine tickets are available for purchase below for $79.
