Following the immense success of Caliza Courts, Alys Beach is broadening its luxury home offerings with the release of its latest rowhouse development, Clermont Courts.
Located just east of Caliza Pool & Restaurant on North Castle Harbor Drive, Clermont Courts rowhouses overlook the future home of the highly anticipated Alys Beach Fitness Center as a part of the vibrant Town Center additions.

Each rowhouse features a raised stoop entry with landscaped planters and exterior wood doors and windows with impact-resistant glass. The great rooms include spacious 16-foot ceilings, 12-foot tall French doors, and windows that open to a central landscaped courtyard. Across from the court, an open-air loggia looks out on the private garden and fronts a detached guest suite, both raised above an enclosed garage.
