Located in the Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin, award-winning restaurateur, Chef Jim Shirley and his partner restaurateur, Kelli Castille, have moved their popular Baytowne Melt restaurant into the newly renovated space that was formerly occupied by Graffiti’s Funky Blues Shack.

Baytowne Provisions offers the same delicious melt sandwiches, but with an expanded dinner menu and a full bar upstairs over-looking the marina.

The general store and market features locally curated goods, takeaway food items and sundries.

“We outgrew our location at the Baytowne Melt, so when the opportunity presented itself to increase our space and include a general store, we decided to expand, rebrand and relocate just around the corner,” said owner Kelli Castille. “This concept is something we have both been interested in pursuing and we love being a part of the Baytowne community – it’s a win-win.”
