Red Fish Taco offers refreshing cocktails just steps away from the gulf in Blue Mountain Beach. The Pineapple Aloe Margarita is no exception. Mixologist, Kelsey Sawyer, shows us how to make this perfect beach cocktail:
Pineapple Aloe Margarita
• 2 ounces of Pineapple Aloe Infused Tequila
• 1 ounce lime juice
• 5 ounces Pineapple Juice
• 1 ounce Farmers Aloe Vera
• 0.5 ounces of Simple Syrup
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a shaker tin and shake well. Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with sugar salt rim.
