North Beach Tortilla Co. has an impressive collection of tequila and agave drinks, all overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay. Mixologist, Damon Williams, showed us how to make their signature Poma Pineapple Margarita.
Poma Pineapple Margarita
- 1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
- Dash of orange bitters
- 1.5 oz of pomegranate lime foam (made from pomegranate and lime juice plus egg whites)
- 1.5 oz Corralejo Reposado tequila
- Fresh basil
- house made citrus coriander salt
Add pineapple juice, orange bitters, sprig of basil, and Corralejo Reposado into shaker and mix. Add pomegranate lime foam to glass. Add shaken ingredients and garnish with fresh basil.
