In a delicious twist on our beach cocktail series, Devan McBride from La Crema Tapas and Chocolate in Rosemary Beach showed us how to make their signature La Crema Latte. There is no alcohol involved in this drink. It’s just one mouth-watering, amazing creation.

La Crema Latte

• two scoops vanilla ice cream
• espresso
• whole milk
• caramel syrup
• chocolate syrup
• whipped cream
• fresh baked chocolate chip cookie
• 2 Pirouline sticks

Preparation

Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a mug. In a separate carafe, mix the espresso with whole milk, add some caramel and chocolate syrup. Pour over the ice cream. Garnish with whip cream and more chocolate syrup. Add a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie and two Pirouline cookie sticks.
