Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a mug. In a separate carafe, mix the espresso with whole milk, add some caramel and chocolate syrup. Pour over the ice cream. Garnish with whip cream and more chocolate syrup. Add a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie and two Pirouline cookie sticks.
