Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF), one of the nation’s premier fundraising organizations, recently announced the return of their wildly successful pop-up dinner series with Act II, hosted Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 6 p.m. in South Walton.
Inspired by Jacksonville, Florida’s Legend Series, Act II follows the success of Volume 1, hosted last January in Grand Boulevard to a sell-out crowd.
Tickets for Act II are $350 and can be purchased online at dcwaf.org/tickets.
In order to maintain the event’s intimate atmosphere, a limited number of tickets will be available.

“We are thrilled to bring another pop-up dinner to the Emerald Coast. We had a blast creating the world of Storyville for our guests during Volume 1, and look forward to elevating that experience even further with Act II,” Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation President, John Russell said.
Foundation members request that patrons bring their sense of adventure and an open mind to Act II, because dinner will be served with a twist. As with Volume 1, patrons will be purchasing tickets with almost no information. The event location, theme, menu, and entertainment will all be withheld until the day of the event. All that will be disclosed are the chefs involved and the date/time.

Act II will showcase a themed, multi-course menu created by some of the best in the culinary industry paired with exquisite wines and entertainment.
On the morning of the event, patrons will be notified via email with details regarding the location and theme of Act II as well as attire suggestions.
The specifics regarding the menu, wine selections and entertainment will remain a surprise.
Scott Schwartz, co-founder and chef of the Legend Series and Chef/Owner of 29 South will be spearheading the culinary team. Joining Schwartz will be Jacksonville favorite Sam Efron from Taverna San Marcos, Destin local and Bijoux Executive Chef, Jack McGuckin, and The Gulf on Okaloosa Island Executive Chef and Top Chef Season 13 contestant Wesley True.
