Begin your morning with a seasonal Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew provided by Fonville Press before settling into a 45-minute mat Pilates class instructed by Kelli Bohn, designed to energize the body and mind.
Following the class, discover Alo’s latest collections through an exclusive fashion presentation featuring studio essentials, tennis and golf styles, running and activewear, and versatile fall layers. Learn how to style each look and transition effortlessly from your workout to the rest of your day.
