The Jarvis Estate vineyards showcase includes select lots and vintages of their Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Verdot. Chef Creehan’s culinary creations for these pairings include Maine Lobster, Ossetra Caviar, New York Strip, Veal Schnitzel with Morrel Mushroom Sauce, Linguine with Tomato Coulis and Grilled Portobello, and Dark Chocolate Mousse.
