Chef Creehan’s gourmet fare for these pairings include Spinalis Steak Marchand de Vin, Pancetta wrapped Jumbo Prawns stuffed with Fontina Cheese, Grilled Quail and Portobello Mushrooms, and Dark Chocolate Banana Cream Pie with Caramel-Ganache.
Master Sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji showcases lush, indulgent offerings from Clos Pissarra Vineyards, including highly rated Carignan, Syrah, and Grenaches from Priorat and Montsant.
