Started by beloved local musician and artist Franko Washboard Jackson in 2014, the Twelfth Night Mardi Gras Band carries on his legacy and New Orlean’s influence on the musicians who laid way to the now thriving local music scene. The group takes the stage at 5pm inside Stinky’s Bait Shack.
The Stinky’s crew doesn’t mess around when it comes to food or music, especially during festival season. This year looks to be no different. Chef Todd Meisner and staff have put together an over the top, mouth watering Mardi Gras menu featuring Speckled Trout Meunière, house-made boudin, boiled crawfish (fingers crossed for availability!) and King Cake by the slice or whole. Served all day inside Stinky’s Fish Camp. Le bon temps roule!
Ain’t no party like a Stinky’s party!!!
