Surfing Deer’s Wild West Dinner features a unique menu by Chef Gregg Smith and guest Chef Tory McPhail. Tory Mcphail is the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at Crazy Mountain Ranch and recipient of the prestigious 2013 James Beard Award for Best Chef, South. These renowned chefs have created a menu that celebrates both the flavors and spirit of the Wild West.
The evening will also showcase a collaboration with Steve Reynolds, co-founder of Penta Tequila and founder of Reynolds Family Winery. Known for his pioneering artistry in tequila and wine, Reynolds brings a vision that fuses traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques. George Hartley, owner of Surfing Deer and a culinary innovator in the 30A area, brings his distinctive vision to this Wild West celebration, establishing Surfing Deer as a beacon for fabulous food and colorful stories on the Gulf Coast.
Guests of Surfing Deer’s Wild West Dinner can expect to experience an exceptional five-course dinner complete with tequila and wine pairings for each course.
