January 14, 2026 Dave Clausen; Underwater Wonders; Snorkeling in the Florida Panhandle. Clausen is a retired federal fisheries biologist who has been snorkeling in the Florida Panhandle since 1998.
January 21, 2026 Brian Cammarano; Shorebird Stewardship Senior Coordinator; Florida Panhandle. Brian is the Shorebird Stewardship Coordinator for Audubon Florida’s Coastal Team. Partners and volunteers help protect Florida’s imperiled beach-nesting birds like the Snowy Plover and Least Tern. For an exciting look at the lives of beach-nesting birds and discover how you can play a role in protecting these imperiled species.
January 28, 2026 Emily Harrold; Documentary film producer and director with films aired nationally and internationally on platforms including PBS, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, CNN, Discovery, National Geographic, and MSNBC. — Along with Filmmaker Christine Murray previews her documentary project about one of the most important women who shaped 20th century art history in America, the forgotten Baroness Elsa von Freytag-Loringhoven. February 11, 2026 Raymond Cyr; Musician Artist and Professional Drummer will perform- The Voice of the Drum. Drumming since 1961 his career began playing on a bass drum and then a tenor drum mastering the rudiments marching in a Drum and Bugle Corp known as The Scarlet Cadets out of Lewiston and Auburn, Maine. Three years later Ray started playing in various bands on a drum set. Professionally performing in 17 bands from Maine to California, Ray produced 3 and recorded on 8 albums playing countless concerts in over 30 states and Canada. Ray has settled in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida with his musically talented family since 1997.
February 18, 2026 Melinda Gates; Environmental Manager for Walton County presents The Imperiled Coastal Dune Lakes; The unique ecosystems only found in 5 places in the world. Melinda has over 20 years of experience protecting natural resources in the state of Florida. Her projects offer support towards the coastal dune lakes, artificial reefs, habitat conservation plans, land management plans, watershed planning and many other programs.
February 25, 2026 Judith Dupre; author incorporates vintage and historic photos. Her return to Escape to Create is to develop Bird on a Wire: A William James Mystery, historical nonfiction. Judith nonfiction works illuminate the marvelous, especially as revealed in art, architecture and religion. Dupre’s writing connects people to ideas, structures, and places creating new understanding and joy. She is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards.
