Introducing Girl Dinner, a three-course, prix-fixe experience designed for groups (eight or more) who came to toast, taste, and turn up the charm.
It’s Gallion’s take on the modern celebratory dinner: effortlessly elegant, thoughtfully curated, and meant to be shared.
The evening begins with a champagne toast and their signature butter candle, a warm French boule served with herbed garlic butter melted tableside. A classic Caesar anchors the first course before guests choose from a trio of entrées: a parmesan-crusted snapper, a tender filet, or a rich ricotta and spinach ravioli finished with Maine lobster and sweet corn.

For those who like to graze before the main event, the menu extends into Gallion’s beloved small plates. Think smoked yellowfin tuna dip with jalapeño jam, blistered shishito peppers with sesame and chili mustard, and ahi tuna tacos tucked into crisp wonton shells.
Patio seating sets the mood with ambient glow and coastal breeze, making it the perfect backdrop for a night of clinking glasses, heartfelt toasts, and a table full of laughter.
