Looking for something to do this weekend? Grand Boulevard is hosting two fall events on Saturday, October 17, bringing together local makers, live music, books, and activities for all ages. And later this month, there’s something special planned for four-legged friends, too.

Grand Boulevard’s Fall Festival & Farmer’s Market will feature more than 40 local vendors offering everything from fresh produce and artisan gifts to jewelry, clothing, and artwork.
Visitors can browse handmade finds, meet local makers and growers, and enjoy live music and arts and crafts throughout the event. It’s an easy way to spend a fall morning while supporting local businesses and artisans.

Just a short stroll away, the Fall Book Carnival brings a celebration of reading to Grand Park.
Presented by Leer Para Crecer (Read to Grow), the free community event will feature book giveaways, hands-on arts and crafts, and live music.
Families can also enjoy food and drinks available for purchase. The event is open to all ages, making it a fun stop for families with young readers.

The fall festivities continue on October 30 with Dog-Harmony’s 11th annual Barktoberfest, a Halloween-themed gathering for dogs and their humans.
The event will feature a canine costume contest, trick-or-treating for dogs, music, refreshments, and raffle prizes.
Admission is free and open to the public. Those wishing to enter the costume contest can register with a $15 donation in advance or $20 on the day of the event.
