From the very first moment she stepped onto the mat, Angela Ragsdale knew that yoga was her life’s calling.

Her fun and friendly style of instruction is welcoming for both beginners and seasoned yoga experts.

Angela offers private personal and group lessons on the beach and in private residences, tailored specifically for you and your needs.

Angela earned her 200RYT Yoga Alliance and has been teaching in the area since 2009. She is currently pursuing her 500RYT advanced certification. Forever the student, Angela continues to deepen her understanding and love for this ancient art by studying and learning from her world-renowned teacher, Tiffany Cruikshank, and attends various retreats and workshops with other teachers such as Kathryn Budig, Doug Kellar, Amy Ippoliti, Bryan Kest, and Seane Corn among many others.

Speckled with artsy villages, rare coastal dune lakes, upscale resorts, funky beach bars, world-class restaurants and 25,000 acres of protected habitats, Scenic Highway 30A is also home to the most beautiful beaches in the world.
