For years, NatureWalk at Watersound Origins has been one of the most coveted addresses along the 30A corridor, and one of the hardest to break into.
That’s because this 465-home community, tucked less than two miles from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, rarely has homes available. At any given time, there might be one or two listings, and often, none at all.
But this summer, the story is changing. And for potential homeowners, it’s a golden hour.
“We’re fortunate to have several homes either available now or coming online in the next few months,” said Tommy Hudson, NatureWalk’s Community Director. “This is the kind of choice we’ve simply never been able to offer before.”
Hudson notes that this is likely the first, and possibly only, time the neighborhood will have more than just a few homes available at once. Fewer than 100 lots remain, and by September, there will be nine homes on the market, spanning a variety of sought-after floorplans.
Two upcoming listings are already drawing attention. The first is located at 45 Dunns Circle and features the Panama floorplan. This single-level home includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious three-car garage across nearly 2,400 square feet. It was designed with entertaining in mind, featuring a chef-style kitchen with quartz countertops and high-grade appliances. The fully finished garage is ready for any and all water adventures, with built-in storage and hanging racks. The home also sits on a premium lot with no rear neighbors, offering a peaceful outdoor area that blends into open green space.
“The outdoor lanai with ample patio space also adds to the entertaining flair,” Hudson said.
Just down the street, another home at 33 Dunns Circle features the Venice floorplan. With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms across more than 3,300 square feet, this residence offers even more room to spread out. The open-concept design connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas in one bright, expansive space. The garage setup provides flexibility, with one bay for traditional parking and the other ideal for gear storage or a workshop. At the center of the home is a generous great room, while the outdoor lanai is enclosed by a five-foot privacy wall for added comfort.
Both homes are expected to be move-in ready by September. They’ll join a full slate of listings starting at $926,000 and topping out around $1.3 million.
All NatureWalk homeowners enjoy access to a wide range of amenities, including trails, pools, and community gathering spaces, all just minutes from Seagrove Beach and the heart of 30A.
