For years, NatureWalk at Watersound Origins has been one of the most coveted addresses along the 30A corridor, and one of the hardest to break into.

That’s because this 465-home community, tucked less than two miles from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, rarely has homes available. At any given time, there might be one or two listings, and often, none at all.

Both homes are expected to be move-in ready by September. They’ll join a full slate of listings starting at $926,000 and topping out around $1.3 million.
