For Lisa LaFlure and Anna LaNeve Vice, that evolution has never been something to chase. It is something they have grown alongside. As a mother-daughter team, they share a history that informs their approach, while their distinct perspectives define it.
LaFlure entered real estate at a time when the business required a hands-on approach across every facet of a transaction.
“When I first started in real estate, I was involved in every aspect of the business,” LaFlure said. “What I value now is being able to bring that experience forward while focusing on what matters most, building meaningful relationships and guiding our clients with confidence through every stage of a transaction.”
That foundation continues to shape how they work today: steady, informed, and relationship-driven.
Vice’s path into real estate was shaped by both exposure and experience. After studying interior design at The University of Alabama, she transitioned into real estate, where she found a natural alignment with her strengths in working directly with people.

Her perspective brings a complementary lens to the business, enhancing LaFlure’s experience while expanding how they connect with clients.
“It’s really our difference in experience that allows us to connect with people in a more meaningful way,” Vice said. “We each bring a perspective the other doesn’t have, but we share the same values in how we approach every client.”
That dynamic has become a defining part of how they work: aligned in philosophy, yet intentionally distinct in approach.
They built their foundation within a boutique brokerage environment, where attention to detail and client care were essential.
As their business grew, they made a deliberate decision to partner with Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty, pairing that personalized approach with deeper support, infrastructure, and global reach. The transition was not about changing how they worked. It was about expanding what they could offer.
“Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty was very welcoming and supportive throughout our transition,” Vice said. “The team is structured, business-minded, and inspiring. It’s an environment that encourages continuous growth and elevates the level of service you provide.”
With the added strength of the brand’s marketing and operational support, LaFlure and Vice remain focused where they are most effective: advising clients, building relationships, and navigating transactions with clarity and confidence.

In early 2025, that evolution took another step forward with the addition of Director of Operations Cassidy Kinard, formally establishing LaFlure & Vice.
With a dedicated operational structure in place, the team is positioned to grow with intention while maintaining the level of service that has defined their business from the beginning.
“We represent a range of properties, but our focus has always been on delivering a thoughtful, elevated experience for our clients, regardless of price point,” LaFlure said.
That consistency has allowed them to grow alongside the market without being defined by it.
As 30A continues to evolve, so do the clients entering the space, many now approaching their purchases with a longer-term perspective.
“You’re seeing more intentional decisions,” LaFlure said. “People are thinking beyond the immediate. They’re considering what this means over time.”
For Vice, that shift reinforces the role they play, not just as agents, but as trusted advisors helping clients navigate a market that continues to change.
“We’re here to guide people through that process in a way that feels informed and personal,” Vice said.
On a coastline known for transformation, LaFlure & Vice have built a business grounded in something far more consistent: clarity in how they serve and intention in how they grow.
