A fresh and innovative dining concept, Chef Nikhil Abuvala and his staff offer a chef’s table experience as well as catering for local areas such as Seaside, Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, and all along Highway 30a. Roux 30a also offers hands-on cooking classes, and private menu tastings, as well as a monthly ‘Around the World’ dinner series featuring the cuisine of different countries.
