The SEASIDE® Pop Up District is a Seaside Community Development Corporation project dedicated to innovators, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who have a “great business idea” and need a place to launch and prove the value of their concept.Located in the former Perspicasity outdoor market space, the District offers nine cottage buildings, three 200 square foot buildings, and six 100 square foot cottages for lease beginning March 1, 2023.
