Chef Jim Shirley and Kelli Castille, owners of the Meltdown on 30A airstream food truck in Seaside, will be opening a second Meltdown location in The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
The Meltdown at Baytowne, set to open mid-June, will offer the same great traditional and specialty grilled cheese sandwiches as the Meltdown on 30A. The shop will be located across from Blast Arcade and Laser Maze and the playground.
